Common issues

"Invalid key"
Double-check you copied the full key. Remove any extra spaces at the start/end.
Didn't receive the email
Check spam/junk. If you used Apple "Hide My Email" or a club inbox, search for "Stripe" and "Aqualytix".
macOS security warning
When opening Aqualytix for the first time on macOS, you may see a warning that the app is from an unidentified developer. This is because Aqualytix doesn't yet have an Apple Developer ID (which requires an annual subscription and strict security audits). To bypass this: go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down to find the warning, and click "Open Anyway".
Windows SmartScreen warning
When downloading for Windows, you may see a warning that says "Windows protected your PC". This is because Aqualytix doesn't yet have a digital signature (which requires an expensive annual certificate). Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation. Your antivirus may also flag the file temporarily - this is normal for unsigned software.

Do I need to buy a key before downloading?

No. Download any time. You only need a key to login to the software and start analysing

Can I use one key on more than one device?

Each licence key allows you to access Aqualytix on 2 devices

What if I get a new device?

In the app settings press disconnect device and enter your licence key, this will remove the previous device from our server and allow you to add the new device
