Local Video Processing

Unique Privacy Approach: Our software operates locally on your device. We do not upload, stream, or store your video footage on our servers.

As the user, you remain the Data Controller for all video content. Aqualytix LTD has no access to your videos or the identifiable subjects (athletes) within them.

Information We Collect

Subscription & Account Data

We collect minimal information required to manage your license:

  • Name and contact email address
  • Organization or Club name
  • License verification logs (IP address and hardware ID)
  • Payment transaction records (processed via Stripe)

How We Use Your Information

Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis for processing is Contractual Necessity. We use this data to:

  • Verify your subscription status via our database
  • Deliver license keys via Resend
  • Process payments and prevent fraud via Stripe
  • Provide technical support regarding the software

Third-Party Service Providers

We use specific sub-processors to facilitate our service:

  • Cloudflare Workers KV: License database management
  • Stripe: Payment processing (Data retained per financial regulations)
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • IONOS: Website hosting

Children's Privacy

While our users are adult coaches, we recognize that video analysis often involves minors. Because our analysis is 100% local, Aqualytix does not collect or process the personal data of children. Coaches and clubs are responsible for obtaining parental consent for recording in accordance with the ICO’s Children’s Code.
